Sveti Sava's Ball in Vienna 2026

Tradition, art and humanity that endures

The Sveti Sava's Ball in Vienna will continue to be one of the most prestigious events of the Serbian diaspora under the roof of the magnificent Hofburg Palace in the coming years! It will be held on February 6, 2026, organized by the "Serbian Center" Association.

With a history dating back to 1846, when the "Serbian Quadrille" was performed for the first time, the Sveti Sava's  Ball has become one of the oldest gatherings of the Serbian community in the world. In a time of transience, the ball shows that there are events that last, inspire and connect - bringing together artists, diplomats, business people, students and everyone who believes in the power of art to enrich society and humanity to connect our hearts.

Humanitarian mission: support to the Dobrić family from Kosovo and Metohija

In the spirit of Svetosavlj and primordial values, the ball has a strong humanitarian mission. In cooperation with the "Tamara Grujić" Foundation, which was founded by the author and presenter of the "Work Action with Tamara" series, funds will be collected for the reconstruction of the home of the Dobrić family from Mogila, in Kosovo and Metohija - a family that, despite living in extremely difficult conditions, shows strength, perseverance and faith every day.

Each ticket purchased is more than an entrance ticket. It is an opportunity for the Dobrić family to get a home filled with security, warmth and peace, so that they can stay at their hearth.

"It is a great honor and responsibility to be the music director of the Sveti Sava's  Ball for the third time. The motto "Art unites" reminds us that the ball is a place where our differences, creativity and humanity meet and connect. I am grateful to all the artists and the team who, since the end of the previous ball, have been dedicatedly working to improve the program and present our culture in a worthy way," said Ivan Ilić, music director of the ball.

"The Sveti Sava's  Ball reminds us of the power of culture to bring people together, erase distances and build bridges between tradition and contemporary creativity. I proudly point out that we have prepared a program that celebrates our heritage through music, dance and performing arts, but also gives space to young talents to shine. Let this ball, in one of the most important European palaces, be an evening of togetherness, dignity and art that unites us regardless of where we live", said Svetozar Krstić, artistic director of Sveti Sava's  Ball.
