In Johannesburg, South Africa, the Back To The City International Hip-Hop Festival is set to take place on October 11, 2025. The event marks 19 years of hip-hop culture on the continent and will bring together over 100 artists, 20 DJs, and 40 graffiti artists — plus many food stalls, activation zones, DJ and MC battles, a skate park, and other highlights of urban culture.
