This music video marks the one-year anniversary of the incredible victory at the source of the Una River, where a passionate community of local activists successfully defended one of Europe's most beautiful springs from a destructive hydropower project. It is a tribute to that unstoppable momentum.
The video is dedicated to the courageous river defenders across the entire Balkan Peninsula and the "Save the Blue Heart of Europe" campaign, a movement fighting to protect the continent's last wild rivers.
As the lyrics say, a river is life itself—a home "to so many beings" and a force of nature that "takes an unstoppable direction" when people unite to protect it. It flows with us and "within us".
