French-Algerian artist Rilès (Rilès Kacimi) returns with a new single, “Don’t Cry My Love”, officially released on June 27, 2025. The track appears under his own label RILESundayZ and is produced by Pierre Monnet and François. The music video is directed by Rilès himself alongside Nathan Pandelé and François Chatain.
Rilès has built his reputation largely through independent work: writing, composing, producing and mixing much of his material on his own. He gained recognition through his Rilèsundayz project, during which he released a new song every Sunday from September 2016. to September 2017.
His studio album Welcome to the Jungle (2019) marked a milestone, followed by Survival Mode (2025), which demonstrates evolution in both sound and lyrical content.
“Don’t Cry My Love” combines emotional vocals with lush, atmospheric production, striking a balance between vulnerability and musical sophistication. The accompanying video enhances the feel — polished visuals, stylistic choices that underline the song’s themes of sorrow yet also of hope and resilience.
This release reinforces Rilès’ ability not only to remain relevant in the evolving music landscape, but also to expand his creative expression. He continues to push boundaries in production and theme, while staying true to the introspective and personal style that first drew listeners in.
