Ki Klop and Tandara bring the song and accompanying video ‘Ljetne rane’ to the end of the summer. After collaborating on the remix of the song ‘Topi se disco’, Ki Klop has once again joined forces with Tandara and presented a post-summer single inspired by the film ‘Rane’ (1998).
“The song is literally inspired by summer wounds, that is, the physical and psychological consequences of summer on a person, and ‘Rane’ came in as a small reference to the title of the song. We also used a quote from the film that fit perfectly into the song because it fit perfectly with the beat from the start,” explained Ki Klop.
In addition to the song's title, the 1998 Serbian drama directed by Srđan Dragojević also served as inspiration for the script for the video, which was jointly conceived by Ki Klop and Tandara. Pavle Kocanjer was responsible for the filming and editing, while Filip Romac was the assistant on the shooting. The costumes for the video were created by Ira Rumora, and Denis Komljenović was the colorist.

The single is a joint release by JeboTon and Mudri Brk, and reveals a new face for Ki Klop. "Ljetne rane" is the first, long-awaited song after the acclaimed debut album "Otopljeni disco", and brings a new, darker sound from Ki Klop to recover from summer and the damage it caused.
In addition to his success on the domestic field, Ki Klopp has also received great European recognition – next year he will represent Croatia at the largest and most influential showcase festival in Europe – Eurosonic Noorderslag (ESNS) in Groningen, Netherlands.
